Good utilization of raw material   

      Through raw material consolidation, we can better manage the large variety of waste stem, fines, and scrap with the non-tobacco material to effectively broaden the utilization scope of raw material categories. By premixing, variation of raw materials from different origin, produced time and batches can be effectively reduced to guarantee stability of product quality. Meanwhile, with the concept of modularized raw material formula design, customized product formula can be developed based off different quality requirements of cigarettes.

Good control of product characteristics   

      The solubles and fibers of the raw material are separated during papermaking RTL production. The chemical components of the solubles can therefore be manually adjusted through targeted processing technology. This can eventually control the quality of RTL product. In particular, this can be utilized to selectively lower the harmful components in tobacco and give the product various functions and characteristics.

Good process flexibility    

      Based off different physical and chemical properties demands of the product, process adjustments can be made in extraction, refining, papermaking areas etc. to control the physiochemical features of the product and therefore satisfy different needs of cigarette manufacturers.

Industrialized manufacturing capability

      Since production process of paper-making RTL fully uses mature technology and equipment of paper industry as reference, the production process technology of PM RTL, compared to slurry process and rolling process, has much better capabilities. Large-scale production of PM RTL production process has been achieved by utilizing continuous and high efficient material processing.

Diversified technology integration

      Papermaking RTL production process technology is an integrated application platform, with paper making technology as the major part, and other multiple technologies such as tobacco, biology, chemistry, food, and material industry. Therefore, it possesses extremely broad space for technological development and product design, which provides fundamental guarantee to fulfill further function and characteristics requirement for PM RTL product of cigarette in the future.

Advanced automation controls

      Paper-making  RTL production line is controlled by a complex DCS (Distributed Control System) system that interacts with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and QCS (Quality Control System) systems cooperatively. This DCS system monitors over 6000 I/O points within the processes. The SPC system collects the real-time data from the DCS in all areas and provides statistical analysis based on the data. The QCS system offers online scanning of the base sheet to the major quality specifications. Combined with the SPC’s statistical analysis and online scanning results, automatic adjustments and control to process can be accomplished. The automatic control systems provide strong support and guarantee to manufacturing.

       As the domestic and foreign market require, our company has developed type traditional flue-cured type RTL product with a light aroma type, a thick aroma type and a middle aroma. We have also developed functional products with low carbon monoxide release amount, low harmful aspects products, and an international aroma type product. By utilizing prospective innovation technology to develop new products, the company is committed to fulfill the demands of different clients.

Light aroma type: The natural and pure aroma is light, sweet, fragrant, smooth and mellow. This type of product offers the smoker good original tobacco aroma and sweet aftertaste.

Thick aroma type: this type of product boasts rich natural and original tobacco aroma, which is of high concentration and fullness. The smoke is smooth, offering elegant and natural organ sensory aspects from the tobacco.

Middle aroma type: In pursuing harmony of various flue-cured type aromas, this type of product has uniquely recombined harmonious aroma. It has rich tobacco taste, natural and abundant aroma, moderate and mellow smoke, and comfort and clean after taste. (See picture below)

Low carbon monoxide type: Utilizing advanced extraction and separation technology and improved papermaking technology, the smoke components of this product, to a certain extent, can be adjusted to control the carbon monoxide release amount effectively. Technical specifications are highly advanced in China.

Low harm type: For this type of product, the release amount of tar and seven other harmful components can be selectively reduced. Through ‘multi-stage flavor blending and taste adjustment’, the quality of the product has been improved with ‘satisfactory aroma, sweet and comfort taste’.

International aroma type: International aroma type: this product has innovative recombined international aroma, which is mellow, graceful and smooth. It also has very good aftertaste.

       So far, our company has built good cooperation relationship with ten-odd tobacco companies of China Industry. Our PM RTL products have been successfully applied to dozens of famous brands of cigarettes with more than 30 kinds of specifications. Our products can bring cigarette products new technological elements and make them more competitive in the market.
