Air laid(AL)technology is a new type of RTL production technology by utilizing dry papermaking technology as reference, and it is a new product with development of RTL. The process utilizes fiberized wood pulp in anhydrous condition and then to produce base sheet with multi-stage forming technique of dry air, and multi-stage sizing to base sheet with SZL which are prepared from tobacco raw material with low temperature smashing treatment. Utilizing clean air to replace water to realize papermaking, and apply tobacco raw material which has been smashed to base sheet. This process mode is an innovation and breakthrough to recon technology, promoting the upgrade of recon technology.
Process will reduce the water consumption tremendously such as wood pulp fiberizing without hydrolysis, dry air formation, and low temperature smashing pretreatment to tobacco material to prevent water waste, with environmental production characteristics.
Adding a variety of materials into multistage dry air forming can be achieved, and physical and chemical specification of product can be control flexibly through multi-stage sizing, providing more possibilities to design multi-functional products.
Low temperature smashed tobacco material will be applied to sizing via multi-coating process, which can refill effective components of tobacco material efficiently to ensure the organ sensory of products, with 100% tobacco yield.
Multi-stage forming and multi-stage sizing can achieve precise control of physical & chemical specification and weight gain, and stability of product quality. |
